Microsoft announced the availability of WebsiteSpark program as a natural continuation after releasing BizSpark and DreamSpark programs.
The program targets small entrepreneurial teams up to 10 people developing for the web. The program will get you with the tools in order to provide service in web site design and development. Considering the up coming Visual Studio 2010 release, I strongly recommend this program if you are starting a new web site development business.

Read S. Somasegar’s post, Microsoft Senior Vice President – Developer Devision, about the decision behind creation of WebsiteSpark program.
